Privacy notice

Who controls the data
The independent MakerTherm project is the controller of the information collected through the MT150 product-validation form. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@makertherm.com.
What we collect
We collect the email address and the product-research answers submitted in the form, together with submission and update timestamps. For aggregate measurement, we also record a random page-session identifier, interaction type, page path, referral domain and any UTM campaign parameters present in the link. The analytics record does not contain the respondent’s email or survey answers. We do not collect payment details because this is not a pre-order or purchase.
Why and on what basis
Survey data is used to assess demand for MakerTherm MT150, understand relevant materials and workflows, prioritise engineering requirements and evaluate acceptable pricing. Processing is based on the consent given in the form. Development updates are sent only when the separate optional choice is selected. Aggregate visit and campaign measurement is used to understand whether the validation page is effective and is processed for the project’s legitimate interest in evaluating its outreach, with no advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
Storage, access and retention
Responses and aggregate analytics events are stored in the website’s protected database and are accessible only to the project owner and necessary technical service providers. Email notifications contain only a generic notice that a response was received, not the respondent’s email address or answers. Survey data is retained for up to 24 months from submission; anonymous campaign measurements are retained only for the validation phase and reviewed within 12 months.
Sharing and automated decisions
Personal data is not sold. It may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly to host, secure and operate the site. The data is not used for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by emailing hello@makertherm.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.
Cookies
The validation page does not use advertising, profiling or analytics cookies and does not create a persistent visitor identifier. A random identifier exists only for the current page session so visits, calls to action and form completion can be counted without following a person across sites or future visits. Browser “Do Not Track” is respected. This notice will be updated before introducing any technology that requires additional information or consent.
